We’re already imagining the aroma of the finest truffles wafting through the tables at Laqua Vineyard: don’t miss the most special autumn dinner, in collaboration with Savini Tartufi, to savor the forest’s gold in all its forms.
Braised Sweetbread: onion “genovese,” hazelnuts, and truffle
Capon Plin: cauliflower, nettle, Tuscan gold
Duck: Lucca radicchio, foie gras, and prized black truffle
