A unique event where flavour becomes colour. A sensory journey celebrating the infinite nuances of wine: food and wine meet art, giving life to an experience that combines taste, colour and creativity in a surprising dialogue.
The highlight of the evening will be the live EnoArte performance by the Florentine artist Elisabetta Rogai, in which wine and its nuances become the artist's colours. Between courses, the canvases will come to life before your eyes, creating a poetic dialogue between the colours of wine and food.
